Job summary

Boswell is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our Power & Energy team in South Hackensack, NJ. The role directs the design and delivery of electrical systems for commercial and industrial facilities, including data centers and utilities, with a focus on schedule, budget, and quality.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in electrical engineering, 10+ years of leadership, and active PE licenses in NY and NJ.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of electrical engineering experience in Commercial & Industrial facilities.
• 10+ years of leadership and direct management experience.
• Active Professional Engineering licenses in NY and NJ.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers; manage resources, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Oversee design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for C&I facilities.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery; manage risks.
• Communicate with clients to meet expectations and build strong relationships.
