Job Juncture seeks a senior electrical engineering leader to join its leadership team in the greater Seattle area. The role combines hands-on technical oversight with people leadership, client relationship management, and strategic growth responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will bring a PE license, extensive consulting or related experience, and a proven track record in leading projects, developing scopes, and guiding teams while ensuring compliance with electrical, building, and energy codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Significant consulting/engineering experience.
• Strong background in building electrical systems.
• Experience leading projects, teams and client relationships.
• Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods.
• Experience developing scopes, proposals, and professional service agreements.
• Strong understanding of electrical, building, and energy codes.
• Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and client communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical oversight across complex electrical engineering projects.
• Manage and strengthen key client relationships.
• Lead project teams and support workload planning across multiple assignments.
• Review project scopes, budgets, schedules, and overall performance.
• Provide technical quality control and design guidance.
• Support proposals, interviews, and business development efforts.
• Develop project approaches, scopes of work, and fee estimates.
• Mentor and develop engineers and designers.
• Improve internal technical standards, processes, and project delivery.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and firm leadership.
• Contribute to resource planning, strategic initiatives, and long-term practice growth.
