Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Professional Engineer license.
• Significant experience in consulting engineering, construction, or related environment.
• Strong background in building electrical systems.

• Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods.
• Experience developing scopes, proposals, and professional service agreements.

We are partnering with a well-established consulting engineering firm seeking a senior electrical engineering leader to join its leadership team.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys staying connected to technical work while also leading people, supporting clients, and contributing to the broader direction of the business. You will provide technical oversight, mentor staff, strengthen key relationships, and help guide the continued growth of the electrical practice.

What You'll Do

• Revit, CAD, Bluebeam, or similar design tools


• Technical review and quality control


• Experience with specialized facilities, critical power, renewable energy, or other advanced electrical systems is a plus.
