Job summary

PAE is seeking a visionary Senior Electrical Engineer in Seattle to lead high-level projects within our electrical department. This role requires a strong understanding of power distribution and lighting design, providing mentorship and technical support to junior staff. You will manage complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while fostering client relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, relevant credentials, and significant experience in electrical engineering concepts, with tools like Revit and Easy Power.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum 1-3 years of Electrical E-4 or 6-10 years’ related work experience.
• Advanced understanding of electrical engineering concepts, able to effectively communicate design options.
• Attention to detail and advanced organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Project team leadership and management, responsible for completing the project on time within budget.
• Prepare deliverable documents including narratives, calculations, drawings and specifications.
• Attend client meetings, lead the coordination effort between external and internal project teams.
