The position emphasizes mentoring engineers and designers, coordinating with project teams, and supporting business development while maintaining client-centric, collaborative practices. PE is highly preferred and leadership in design is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, fire protection, or architectural engineering.
• 9+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (required for EORs).
• Additional certifications such as RCDD, NICET, CPD, LEED, WELL are highly preferred.
• Advanced to expert proficiency in electrical engineering design, codes, standards, and related software (Revit, Bluebeam).

Mansioni

• Lead electrical engineering design from concept through completion for complex or large-scale projects.
• Direct or oversee preparation of design documents, system layouts, drawings, schematics, and specifications.
• Develop solutions to advanced and highly complex engineering problems and provide technical guidance.
• Mentor and coach designers and engineers across teams and disciplines.
• Participate in staffing decisions, training initiatives, and technical strategy development.
• Provide quality oversight and final reviews to ensure standards compliance.
