Jacobs is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to direct the electrical design for water and wastewater projects from planning through commissioning. You will serve as the technical authority, guide power system studies, and mentor engineers while ensuring design excellence.

Ideal candidates have 20+ years of experience, a PE license (CA preferred or by comity), and strong collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects for utility clients.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Professional Engineer license (California licensure preferred or obtainable by comity).
• 20+ years of progressive electrical engineering experience.
• Led electrical design for water and wastewater facilities.
• Proficient in medium- and low-voltage systems and power system studies.
• Experience with collaborative project delivery and multidisciplinary teams.
