Job summary

EMA, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Engineer with Arizona PE eligibility to lead and manage electrical design for water and wastewater projects in the Tucson area. Expect hands-on controls, team leadership, and client coordination.

You will mentor staff, oversee scopes and cost estimates, and serve as a trusted technical advisor while collaborating with operators and contractors to ensure practical, buildable solutions. Relocation to Tucson/Phoenix/Las Vegas and travel up to 50% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering design and construction projects.
• Professional Engineer license in Arizona.
• Travel up to 50% depending on project needs

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and project management for consulting and engineering services.
• Lead project teams and develop scopes of work and cost estimates.
• Mentor junior staff and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
• Support critical infrastructure projects in water and wastewater facilities.
