You will engage in power distribution, motor control, lighting, standby power, MCC design, and cost estimates across project phases.

The role requires 10+ years of experience, a PE license (Indiana or Kentucky or reciprocity), strong communication, and mentoring abilities in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering required; graduate degree is a plus.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer in Indiana or Kentucky (or ability to reciprocity).
• 10+ years of electrical design experience.
• Strong work ethic and organizational skills.
• Ability to mentor junior team members and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Involved with electrical engineering of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure across phases.
• Designs include power distribution, motor control, grounding, lighting, standby power, and MCC systems.
• Prepare specifications and assist in construction cost estimation.
• Collaborate with project teams to solve environmental infrastructure challenges.
