Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for its Test Solutions team in MA, onsite in Tewksbury/Andover. You will design, develop, and integrate test equipment and production ITAs, mentoring 3–5 teammates and guiding schedules and deliverables.

The role requires a STEM degree with 5+ years of experience, expertise in electrical design and schematics, and familiarity with Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, or Creo. The salary range is $86,800–$165,200 USD, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5+ years of relevant experience OR an advanced degree with 3+ years.
Experience in electrical engineering, including troubleshooting, analysis, and testing.
Experience with electrical design and interpreting schematics.
Experience with COTS test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters.
Project management, bid/proposal, and technical writing experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test equipment capabilities in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Design production test stations, ITAs (Interface test Adapters), and harnesses.
Design capture activities via the creating of technical drawings, schematics, and circuit design and analysis.
Uncover and resolve issues during development and integration of test products.
Mentor cross-functional teams of 3-5 members, coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
