Qualifications

• PE licensure active in at least one U.S. state; reciprocity in project states.
• 15+ years of professional telecom engineering experience; data center/hyperscale programs preferred.
• Experience in EPC/Design-Build delivery with construction oversight.
• Knowledge of NFPA 70, BICSI TDMM, ANSI/TIA, and NEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Sign and seal telecom design packages as PE of record and lead ICT infrastructure design.
• Oversee on-site LV subcontractors, cabling, DAS, CCTV, and access control integration.
• Manage change orders, NCRs, and field issues to sustain program velocity.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary work and lead commissioning and IT readiness handover.
• Represent Jacobs in governance sessions and client engagements.
