Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
7+ years of relevant work experience.
Regulated medical device industry experience preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office 365 tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
Experience with analog and digital circuitry design and development.
Experience with DFMA and FMEA.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical design, integration, and verification of electromechanical subsystems for robotic medical devices across the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with Mechanical, Systems, Software/Firmware, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to ensure robust performance.
Lead IEC 60601 compliance activities (EMC, electrical safety, risk management, essential performance) and coordinate tests and design updates.
Perform root cause investigations on electrical/software issues in prototype and production.
Support DV/VV builds, analyze test results, and drive corrective actions for reliability and safety.
