Job summary

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Electrical Engineering in Fort Wayne, IN to lead circuit card assembly design across analog, digital and power domains for space and defense applications. You will guide small teams from concept through on-orbit operations, applying advanced circuit design and testing to meet stringent EMI and reliability requirements.

You should have a BS in Engineering with strong experience (or higher) and the ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Schematic entry, simulation and analysis of power, analog and digital circuits.
• Experience with SPICE, MathCAD, Matlab/Simulink, Allegro, Xpedition, MentorGraphics tools.
• Lead design of circuit card assemblies and review drawings.
• Ability to obtain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of circuit card assemblies and small teams through product life cycle.
• Design, analyze and validate analog, digital and power circuits.
• Perform schematic capture and worst-case analysis.
• Evaluate EMI, signal integrity and IR drop impacts.
• Maintain circuit card specifications and requirements.
