Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Fort Wayne, IN seeks a Senior Specialist, Electrical Engineering to lead circuit card assembly design across analog, digital and power domains. You will guide small teams from concept through on-orbit operations within the Space Mission Systems segment.

The role requires strong circuit design skills, experience with SPICE and EDA tools, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance. Prior space environment design experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experience (or 4 years with a graduate degree; 10 years if no degree).
• Experience in design of circuit cards for space or high-reliability systems preferred.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of circuit card assemblies.
• Design digital, analog, and power circuits.
• Perform circuit analysis for Beginning of Life and End of Life applications.
• Perform schematic capture.
• Evaluate EMI, Signal Integrity, and IR drop impacts on signals.
• Provide input and maintain circuit card specifications and requirements.
• Lead small teams through the product life-cycle.
