Job summary

Recruiters' Network Inc. seeks an Electrical Engineer in Cincinnati, Ohio, to design ruggedized electronics for military fuzing and ordnance systems. The role involves collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams, complex circuit design, and hands-on testing.

You will lead engineers, mentor junior staff, and drive multiple projects to successful design reviews, while traveling 5–10% of the time. A strong background in analog/digital circuitry and power electronics is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or related field; 9+ years of experience, or 13+ years without degree.
• Graduate Degree with 7+ years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in analog/digital circuit design for ruggedized, ordnance-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine requirements for ordnance-grade electronics.
• Interface with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Design circuits and select components to meet ruggedized specs.
• Perform simulations and circuit tolerance analyses.
• Prepare and execute test plans and generate test reports.
• Lead and mentor engineers; manage multiple projects.
