Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering required; experience as specified or equivalent.
• Strong analog/digital circuit design for ruggedized military electronics.
• Proficiency with SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, Altium or PADS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine requirements.
• Interface with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Circuit design and component selection for ruggedized ordnance electronics.
• Perform simulations and circuit tolerance analyses.
• Prepare and execute test plans and generate test reports.
• Lead and mentor team members; participate in design reviews.
• Generate engineering change orders; manage multiple projects.
