Job summary

Keystone Distinction Group is seeking an Electrical Engineer in Cincinnati, OH to design ruggedized electronics for ordnance systems. The role focuses on analog/digital circuit design, simulations, and interface with customers and cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience (or a graduate degree with 7+ years). Domestic relocation may be available; onsite work only and US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 9+ years of related experience.
• Graduate degree with 7+ years is preferred.
• In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine requirements.
• Interface with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Design ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications that meet customer requirements.
• Perform simulations and circuit tolerance analyses.
• Prepare test plans and generate test reports.
• Lead team members to achieve program objectives.
• Mentor less experienced engineers.
• Prepare materials for and participate in design reviews.
• Generate engineering change orders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Travel: 5-10%.
