Job summary

Markent Personnel in Cincinnati, Ohio seeks an Electrical Engineer to design ruggedized electronics for ordnance applications and lead project objectives. You will interface with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met, and perform simulations and design reviews.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 9+ years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with 7+ years. Proficiency in SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink, and CAD tools (Altium, PADS) is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field; 9+ years of relevant experience required.
Graduate degree and minimum 7 years of related experience acceptable; without degree, 13 years experience.
Strong hands-on circuit design experience for ruggedized ordnance electronics.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine requirements for complex electronic systems.
Interface with customers and cross-functional teams to define solutions.
Design analog/digital circuits and perform simulations and tolerance analyses.
Lead design reviews and mentor junior engineers.
Travel up to 10% for customer and field activities.
