Job summary
Motion Recruitment in Boston seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical system development for next-generation robotic products. You will drive concepts through production with hands-on leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications
- 8+ years in robotics, automation or electromechanical systems.
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience in robotics or autonomous vehicles.
- Background in electrical safety, control systems, and system-level design.
- Experience designing AC/DC power distribution, protection, and 3-phase power.
- Experience with motors, power electronics, sensor integration, and analog/digital embedded circuits.
- PCB layout and schematic design experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead electrical systems architecture and embedded design.
- Ensure safety, compliance, and system-level engineering rigor.
- Provide cross-functional leadership and production support.
- Hands-on design, prototyping and collaboration with teams.
