Job summary

Savion is seeking a Senior Project Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design, power system architecture, and distribution strategy for utility-scale solar, BESS, and datacenter projects. You will guide internal teams and external consultants, ensure design readiness for procurement, and provide technical handoff to construction.

You will mentor junior engineers, review studies, and manage consultant deliverables while coordinating with utilities and owners through pre-construction.

Qualifications

• Experience in utility-scale PV/BESS, datacenter, or renewable energy electrical project design.
• High-level understanding of HV substation and generation tie design with ability to review concept layouts.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design and power system architecture for renewable energy and datacenter projects.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders, external consultants, equipment suppliers, and utilities.
• Review technical deliverables and prepare basis-of-design narratives.
