Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and implement electrical systems for mega-scale data centers across regions. You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee concept to commissioning, and drive energy efficiency and reliability.

Candidates should have extensive LV/MV expertise, UPS, generators, switchgear, and power management. This role requires travel up to 25% and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years in electrical engineering with data center design/operations.
• Experience delivering large-scale electrical systems and energy efficiency initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create building and site electrical drawings.
• Lead electrical design for large-scale data centers.
• Provide design oversight from concept to commissioning.
• Drive sustainability initiatives.
• Coordinate with MEP, network, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with vendors and contractors to meet specs.
• As main contact for electrical system decisions.
