Job summary

SR Staffing is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot electro-mechanical products, and lead cross-functional technical initiatives. The role emphasizes reliability, manufacturability, and cost reduction while collaborating with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to ensure product performance and continuity of supply.

Ideal candidates have strong hands-on experience with PCBA design and PCBAs in regulated manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years in electrical engineering focused on PCBA design, manufacturing, testing, and sustaining engineering.
• Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, drawings, and manufacturing docs.
• Experience with failure analysis and reliability engineering practices.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as UL, CE, RoHS.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for electro-mechanical product failures in manufacturing and field environments.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of electrical systems, PCBAs, and integrated electro-mechanical products.
• Support production teams to resolve technical issues, minimizing downtime and keeping schedules.
• Collaborate with quality and manufacturing to implement CAPA and cost-reduction actions.
