Job summary

HRB is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to design and develop electronic products from initial proposals through production release. This hands-on role focuses on circuit board design, system integration, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to bring products into production.

You will create schematics, support PCB layout, run validation plans, and document findings. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in EE, strong communication, and experience with Altium Designer or related

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical Engineering.
• 7+ years of EE experience including circuit board design.
• Ability to interpret schematics and wiring drawings.
• Experience with lab equipment to troubleshoot assemblies and analyze failures.
• Strong written communication documenting technical findings.
• System integration across engineering disciplines.
• Experience with PCB layout, EMI/EMC testing; Altium Designer; automotive/wireless charging a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design electrical subsystems from concept through production.
• Create schematics, support PCB layout, and prepare BOMs and assembly docs.
• Review customer requirements and participate in design reviews.
• Develop validation plans, analyze tests, and verify performance.
• Investigate failures and communicate root causes in reports.
• Support preproduction builds, production transfers, and engineering changes.
• Work with teams on system integration and EMI/EMC considerations.
