Qualifications

• 5+ years of electrical maintenance leadership in manufacturing.
• Experience leading union-represented maintenance teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance team for electrical and instrumentation work.
• Champion safety, conduct JSAs and training, ensure OSHA compliance.
• Schedule and coordinate daily maintenance with operations.
• Drive reliability improvements and reduce downtime.
• Analyze maintenance history and drive root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement long-term solutions.
