Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to oversee a range of projects from concept to completion. You will mentor junior engineers, lead cross-disciplinary teams, and coordinate design efforts with architects, contractors, and equipment manufacturers to ensure timely, within-budget delivery.

Applicants should hold an ABET-accredited degree, a PE license, and extensive experience with engineering standards and tools. The role offers a flexible hybrid schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Architectural Engineering from ABET accredited college; 10+ years experience.
• PE license required; advanced knowledge of engineering design and AEC codes.
• Experience creating and maintaining engineering standards and tools.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach junior staff and engineers across teams.
• Lead projects from concept through completion within schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors for scope and feasibility.
• Develop design documents and ensure document quality meets standards.
• Attend meetings with owners/clients and visit sites to verify conditions.
