Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is required or must be obtained.
• 7 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with electrical power systems for facilities preferred.
• Ability to lead technical work and mentor junior staff.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop designs for electrical master plans, power systems, and facility power.
• Perform power system studies, calculations, lighting simulations, and related analyses.
• Conduct site reviews to verify conditions and adjust designs.
• Contribute to Technical Knowledge Management through papers and case studies.
• Prepare technical papers for publication and support proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with sales to develop proposals and ensure alignment with standards.
• Meet with clients to understand needs and provide technical solutions.
• Attend industry events to expand expertise and visibility.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Supervise project work of junior engineers.
