Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer license.
• 10 years of related electrical engineering experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic to highly complex electrical designs, power systems, and renewable energy models to meet client requirements.
• Review designs for compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform power system studies and electrical calculations for multiple systems.
• Ensure all designs comply with firm policies and standards.
• Conduct site investigations to verify existing conditions and align with site requirements.
• Contribute to Technical Knowledge Management with papers and guidance.
• Prepare and submit technical papers for publication.
• Collaborate with sales to develop client proposals and ensure compliance.
• Meet with clients to understand present and future design needs.
• Attend industry events to showcase capabilities and opportunities for collaboration.
• Provide mentoring to junior staff and supervise engineers as needed.
