Job summary

ARM EnerTech Associates, LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead design and project delivery for power systems, protection, and renewables. You will build client relationships, define needs, prepare proposals, and manage development, design and permitting efforts.

The role requires a BS in EE, PE, and 10+ years of consulting experience with NEC/IEEE knowledge and strong communication. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Cary, NC and other Eastern US offices,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• P.E. registration is required.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering consulting experience including business development, client management, project management, design, and operations support.
• Knowledge of NEC and IEEE standards.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the development, design, and execution of multiple projects.
• Execute business development activities to support the company’s growth goals and existing client network.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, proposals, and budgets and communicate with stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage people and materials to meet timelines and budgets.
• Act as the primary point of contact with clients and stakeholders.
• Assess and mitigate project risks and prepare technical documents and reports.
