Job summary

Strategy Engineering & Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer for full-time work in Houston, TX. The role involves leading design and analysis for low to medium voltage systems, HV distribution, and protection, with ETAP-based studies and mentorship of junior engineers.

The ideal candidate has a PE license and 15+ years’ experience in EPC environments, with preference for renewable energy and midstream projects.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineering License is required.
• 15+ years of experience in electrical design & engineering, preferably in mid-to-large-scale EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform electrical design and analysis for low and medium voltage power distribution systems.
• Specify and design medium/high voltage power distribution and protection systems.
• Utilize ETAP for power system studies including load flow, short-circuit, arc flash analysis, and protective device coordination.
• Develop and support project cost estimates and engineering deliverables.
