The role emphasizes technical leadership, deep domain knowledge in power systems, and a proactive mindset to drive improvements across projects and teams.

• Lead and execute advanced power system studies (ampacity, short circuit, grounding, harmonics, transient).
• Serve as a technical expert and project leader with emphasis on quality and innovation.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to translate analysis into grid modernization solutions.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices to strengthen the team.
• Drive process improvements and support strategic initiatives in power studies.
