The Senior Electrical Engineer should have experience in the utility-scale power and renewable energy industry and be capable of leading teams for power generation design projects, including supporting traditional Owner’s Engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in power generation and distribution, renewable energy, protection and motor control design, power system studies, and equipment specification development. Experience in renewable energy and battery energy storage systems (BESS) is highly desired. The candidate will mentor young engineers, support client relationships, and lead marketing activities such as proposal writing and project planning. Significant design and engineer of record work with power plant systems is required.
