The Senior Electrical Engineer candidate should have experience in the utility-scale power and renewable energy industry and be capable of leading teams for power generation design projects, including supporting traditional Owner’s Engineering roles. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in power generation and distribution, renewable energy, protection and motor control design, power system studies, construction and equipment specification development, and balance of plant designs such as raceway, lighting, and grounding systems. Interest and experience in renewables and battery energy storage systems (BESS) are highly desired. The candidate will also mentor young engineers, support client relationship management, and lead marketing activities including proposal writing, fee development, and work breakdown structure creation for RFP responses. Significant experience in power plant systems design and engineering as the engineer of record is required.
