Qualifications

• Typically requires STEM degree with 5+ years of experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years, or 9 years without a degree.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electronics hardware from field returns, Zero Hour returns, yield issues, and production test failures.
• Debug and support production test solutions.
• Perform electrical analysis, part evaluations, and circuit-level troubleshooting.
• Support obsolescence and cost-reduction redesign initiatives.
• Drive product improvements and hardware issue resolution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Review Obsolescence Health Reports with the Obsolescence team.
• Develop engineering recommendations for alternatives.
• Support redesigns addressing obsolescence and shortages.
