Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of related experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Minimum 5 years as Manufacturing Engineer in electronics manufacturing with testing focus.

Responsibilities

• Improve test yields, throughput, capacity, and product quality through cross-functional efforts.
• Perform root-cause analysis on test failures and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare test failure analyses for production and report findings.
• Assess test equipment performance and reduce downtime with programs.
• Evaluate test approaches for cost reduction and throughput gains.
• Support production readiness reviews and provide on-floor technical escalation.
