Job summary

Leoforce seeks an Electrical Engineer III to lead electrical system architecture for multiple product lines and guide both new development and sustaining engineering. You will collaborate with Mechanical, Software, and Product teams to deliver robust, cost-effective electrical solutions.

You will own designs from concept through production, perform design reviews, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced environment that values quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred).
• 5–7 years designing electrical systems for complex industrial machinery or automated equipment.
• Experience with PLCs, motion control, industrial networks, and machine control.

Responsibilities

• Define and own electrical system architecture for new and existing equipment platforms.
• Design, develop, modify, test, and evaluate electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Lead customer-driven development projects and translate customer needs into solutions.
• Configure and tune PLC-based machine control systems, including motion control and PID control.
• Review engineering changes and manage documentation through ECO/ECN processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.
