Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of controls engineering experience in industrial environments.
• Hands-on PLC/HMI programming and controls engineering.
• Strong Allen-Bradley / Rockwell experience; Triconex is a major plus.
• Experience developing electrical drawings, panel layouts, I/O documentation, and control narratives.
• Ability to bridge programming and design; 50/50 mix of programming and design/testing.
• Experience with commissioning, startup, FAT/SAT, troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, ISA, UL, IEC standards.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; capable of leading engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on engineering efforts from design through testing and commissioning.
• Coordinate with a small team and potentially grow the controls group.
• Work across programming and electrical design to deliver complete control systems.
• Travel as required; typically modest travel.
