Job summary

E4A Solutions is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer, PE to lead electrical project design and coordination for diverse clients. You will drive scopes, budgets, schedules, and technical quality across LV, MV, and HV systems in industrial settings.

Ideal candidates have a BS in EE, a PE license, 10+ years in Electrical/Instrumentation/Controls within an engineering and design consulting environment, and strong SKM/ETAP proficiency. Houston area preferred; on-site work is expected.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering (required).
• PE license required.
• 10+ years in Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls within engineering/design consulting.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
• Design and specify transformers, MCCs, and power distribution.
• Create one-line diagrams for LV/MV/HV substations up to 500 kV.
• Prepare design milestones, staffing, and man-hour estimates.
• Coordinate cross-discipline design details and review drafter work.
• Support field technicians with troubleshooting and commissioning.
