Barry-Wehmiller’s Design Group is seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer, PE, to lead complex electrical design projects for large manufacturing facilities.

You will influence cross‑functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and partner with clients to deliver safe, compliant power, lighting, and fire alarm systems using Easy Power, REVIT, and AutoCAD. The role requires 10+ years of experience, NEC proficiency, and a BS in Electrical Engineering (ABET).

Qualifikationen

• PE license indicates professional credentials and practice authorization.
• 10+ years of relevant electrical engineering experience, preferably in food, beverage, or consumer packaged goods sectors.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and safety standards for industrial facilities.
• Power distribution expertise in low and medium voltage systems.
• Experience with load flow analysis and electrical design optimization.
• Lighting design knowledge for industrial environments.
• Experience with multi-discipline design and integrated facilities projects.
• Proficiency in Easy Power, REVIT, and AutoCAD and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for installations, meetings, and industry events.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET‑accredited university.
