Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong hands-on hardware and lab skills required.
• Experience with PCBA testing and EMC considerations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PCBA board test plans and initial testing.
• Debug hardware failures and identify root causes and solutions.
• Manage prototype hardware and support lab testing.
• Perform low-level board checkout, power-on, and register testing.
• Lead technicians during PCBA testing and troubleshooting.
• Support EMC testing and hardware interface validation.
• Design lab fixtures and test boards for functional testing.
• Participate in schematic and PCB layout design reviews.
• Collaborate with EE, Systems, DA teams, and external partners.
