The successful candidate will bring 5–10 years of experience, a BS/MS in Electrical Engineering (or related) and strong collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust hardware solutions.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering roles.
• Experience with board bring‑up, testing, and validation in a hardware lab.
• Proven ability to lead testing and debugging efforts.

Responsibilities

• Execute board test plans and debug hardware issues.
• Manage prototype hardware and PCBs in the lab.
• Support board bring‑up, checkout, and functional testing.
• Collaborate with Systems, Software, DA, and EE teams.
• Lead technicians during testing and failure analysis.
• Design test fixtures and support product development activities.
