Riccione Resources, Inc. in North Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support production, testing, and PCBA manufacturing. You will lead root-cause analysis, troubleshoot electro-mechanical assemblies, and partner with design, quality, and operations to improve manufacturability.

The role focuses on resolving electrical issues, reducing downtime, and driving CAPA while mentoring junior engineers on a fast-paced production floor in a 100% onsite environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–15 years in electrical engineering for PCBA manufacturing and testing.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for electro-mechanical failures in production and field.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, PCBA, and electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Support production teams to minimize downtime and meet delivery commitments.
• Partner with quality and manufacturing to drive CAPA.
• Analyze failure trends and implement design/process improvements for reliability.
• Support failure analysis activities including test development, data collection, reporting.
• Collaborate with design engineering to implement manufacturability improvements.
• Identify cost-reduction opportunities via component changes and process optimizations.
