Job summary

Megger Service Excellence in Dallas, TX is seeking a Quality Test Engineer to support the quality, reliability, and performance of electrical and electronic products across the manufacturing lifecycle.

You will lead root cause investigations (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa), develop and verify test procedures, implement CAPA, analyze data, and collaborate with Production, Engineering and Quality to improve FPY, reduce COPQ, and strengthen overall product reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing/ Quality Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/electronics manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting experience with electrical/electronic assemblies.
• Experience leading RCA using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and Fault Tree Analysis.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and CAPA implementation.

Responsibilities

• Investigate product failures from manufacturing, field returns, and complaints.
• Lead 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa analyses and implement CAPA.
• Develop, validate, and improve test procedures; support test stations.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality to improve FPY and COPQ.
• Prepare engineering reports, test documentation, and nonconforming material disposition.
