Job summary

SR Staffing is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to support manufacturing operations, troubleshoot PCBA and electro-mechanical products, and lead cross-functional improvements to reliability and cost reduction.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering with PCBAs, manufacturing environments, and collaboration with quality, supply chain, and design teams to ensure product performance and uninterrupted supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years in electrical engineering focusing on PCBA design and sustaining engineering.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Ability to read schematics and manufacturing documentation.
• Familiarity with UL, CE, RoHS standards.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause investigations and CAPA for electro-mechanical failures.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems, PCBAs, and integrated electro-mechanical products.
• Support production to minimize downtime and meet delivery schedules.
• Collaborate with design, quality, supply chain and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain technical documentation including schematics, BOMs, work instructions, and test procedures.
• Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
