The role offers a base salary up to $160,000, with strong opportunities for leadership, mentorship of junior staff, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑impact design solutions.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) credential required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 10–15 years of engineering design and project management experience with MEP and fire protection in commercial sectors.
• Proven ability to lead large or complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, technical development, drawings, calculations, and specifications for complex commercial projects.
• Oversee integration of electrical systems with civil, mechanical, structural, and environmental disciplines.
• Perform QC reviews at milestones, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide construction oversight including site visits.
• Mentor junior staff, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients, manage schedules, resources, and budgets.
