Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to join the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate on-site in Huntsville, Alabama. You will design, develop, and integrate test products for Raytheon systems, working in multidisciplinary teams dedicated to cutting-edge test solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM plus at least five years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with three years of experience
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
• U.S. citizenship is required for a security clearance
• Experience with electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, analysis, and test
• Experience with Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, and Creo Schematic
• Experience with test equipment including oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters
• Ability to interpret schematics and use schematic capture tools

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and integration of Raytheon test products within Test Equipment Engineering in multidisciplinary teams
• Develop engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, schematic creation, circuit design and analysis
• Contribute to completion of all stages of test product development and manage technical, cost, and schedule aspects of projects
• Act to uncover and resolve issues in the development and implementation of test products
