SSOE is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer and Office Leader in Hillsboro, OR, to guide electrical design for cutting-edge semiconductor facilities and lead the local engineering team. You will build strong client partnerships, mentor engineers, and represent the office in a fast-growing, high-tech market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license in good standing.
• 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in semiconductors/high-tech facilities.
• Proven leadership of internal engineering teams in design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design for complex, large-scale semiconductor projects.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight of internal teams.
• Design LV/MV power distribution, switchgear, transformers, MCCs.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for constructability and performance.
• Perform power system studies using SKM/ETAP/EasyPower.
• Mentor junior engineers and develop office engineering standards.
