EXP is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our Mission Critical team in Florida. You will lead the creation of construction documents from concept through bid, oversee drawing setups, and manage a production team on diverse projects.

The role requires a strong electrical background, collaboration across disciplines, and strict adherence to budgets and schedules. Ideal candidates bring a PE license, ABET-accredited degree, and 7+ years of experience, with AutoCAD and Revit proficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
• PE License.
• Strong AutoCAD experience.
• Revit experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Mission Critical experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of construction documents from initial design to bidding under supervision of a senior engineer.
• Oversee drawing setup and design documentation.
• Oversee production team on specific projects.
• Lead multi-disciplinary team for electrically focused projects.
• Coordinate with other disciplines on all projects.
• Manage projects within established budgets and schedules.
