Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Henderson, NV seeks a Lead Electrical Engineer for the Arthur Gold Project Feasibility Study. You will oversee power distribution, substations, transmission connections, and plant electrical systems, coordinating interfaces and delivering design deliverables.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, review cost and execution inputs, supervise consultants and suppliers, and represent the electrical discipline in client reviews and technical sessions.

Qualifications

• 15–20+ years of electrical engineering experience in mining, minerals processing, or major industrial facilities.
• Strong leadership on PFS/FS/FEED/EPCM projects and electrical discipline oversight.
• Expertise in medium- and high-voltage systems, utility connections, and transmission evaluation.
• PE registration preferred; gold plant and mine-site infrastructure experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering for the Arthur Gold Project Feasibility Study.
• Develop and review design deliverables, cost and execution inputs.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces and oversee consultants/suppliers.
• Represent the electrical discipline in client and technical reviews.
