Array Talent Solutions is recruiting a Senior Electrical Engineer on behalf of an established MEP design firm specializing in commercial buildings. This role focuses on electrical system design, QA/QC of drawings, mentoring junior engineers, and leading projects with architects and multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, has 12+ years of experience in commercial building electrical systems, and is proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Active PE license required.
• 12+ years of electrical engineering experience in commercial building systems preferred.
• Experience with U.S.-based MEP consulting firms and coordination with architects.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee electrical power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems for commercial buildings.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of drawings and design documents.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and lead project teams.
• Manage projects including schedules, deliverables, and design requirements.
• Collaborate with architects and other MEP disciplines.
• Ensure designs comply with codes and project specs.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for design development and coordination.
