Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems for mega-scale data centers. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure energy-efficient, compliant, and scalable power solutions across regions.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in electrical engineering, with data center experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, CFD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (master’s/PhD preferred).
• 8+ years in electrical engineering with 5+ years in data center design/ops.
• Proven track record delivering electrical systems for large-scale data centers.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, CFD and sustainability-focused designs.

Responsibilities

• Create building and site electrical drawings.
• Lead design and development of electrical systems for large-scale data centers.
• Provide design oversight from concept to commissioning.
• Drive sustainability initiatives across projects.
• Coordinate across engineering, architecture, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Manage multi-site projects across regions and vendors.
