Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions represents a ground-floor healthcare robotics startup building an autonomous pharmacy dispensing system. This role offers end-to-end electrical subsystem ownership and a chance to influence hardware architecture within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

As Senior/Staff Electrical Engineer, you will drive design, confirmation testing, and production bring-up of complex subsystems, collaborating with firmware and mechanical teams to deliver safe, scalable hardware

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years hands-on electrical engineering across full product cycles.
• End-to-end ownership of complex electrical subsystems.
• Experience in power electronics, motor control, sensors, or mixed-signal design.
• Proficient with schematic capture, PCB layout, BOM management.
• Familiar with EMC, safety, or environmental standards.
• Excellent design documentation and post-mortem reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical subsystems from requirements to production bring-up.
• Create schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs, improving standards.
• Evaluate sensors, actuators, power components for regulated pharma.
• Define and execute testing to ensure functionality and safety.
• Troubleshoot hardware across prototyping and production.
• Collaborate with firmware and mechanical teams on interfaces.
• Apply DFM/DFT and consider supply chain for production-readiness.
